Finance, he discusses why Twitter needs to make a big play in India if it wants to stay relevant and competitive with other social media platforms like Facebook and Alibaba.

  1. Great discussion about Twitter and other social media platforms. I think Twitter has done a good job of breaking onto TV and trying to delve into real-time marketing. Seeing TV spots that include hashtags just shows that companies like to use Twitter as a method of gauging discussion.

    Piskorski makes a good point about Twitter’s onboarding process. My friends either love it or hate it, and I could understand why people who don’t get a response right away would get discouraged!
