On the one hand, the constitution very clearly delineates and restricts the power of government in enforcing these kinds of security measures.

But on the other, you can avoid all such impingement on your rights by choosing not to fly. In the same way, you have a right to travel, but not an absolute right to drive a car on government-owned roads.]]></description>
